Britni has been a part of the Wolverine Family since its beginning in 2002. Growing with the company, she has found her home as our Marketing Director. Britni remembers her first visit to the construction site that would one day be known as Wolverine Harley-Davidson. Just rebar and rubble, the space showed vast potential. And through our team's hard work, enthusiasm, and persistence, she has seen it grow to become one of the greatest Harley-Davidson dealerships in the World. Growing up in the dealership, Britni lives and breathes Harley-Davidson. In her spare time, she enjoys going to bike shows and rallies, collecting vintage Harley-Davidson memorabilia, and riding her 2020 FXLRS and 2019 XL1200 Iron. Jon, AKA “Shaggy,” has been a part of the team since 2006 where he started cleaning and delivering motorcycles at the age of 16. He is now the General Sales Manager here at Wolverine Harley-Davidson. Among his many H-D Certifications, Jon is Master Certified in Motorcycle Sales. He likes to ride his 2016 Dyna Low Rider S and in his spare time he enjoys dirt bikes and spending time with his friends and family.
Ben Martus
Business Manager
Ben started riding motorcycles around the age of 10; growing up, he was especially drawn to the sound of Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. Los Angeles in 2002, Ben lived out his dream and purchased a brand new 2003 XL883. He was instantly in love and spent his spare time riding the coast and canyons of California. Later in 2003, Ben found himself in Michigan and joined the team here at Wolverine. Starting in our Motorclothes department, he moved to parts, then bike sales, and is now our Business Manager. Ben still loves California, traveling back often to surf and van. He’s also a talented artist and enjoys writing music. And, of course, he loves to ride his 2016 Dyna Street Bob. It’s just plain old school: Loud & Fast!
Mario D'Amico
Business Manager
Mariano started with Wolverine as a Sales Associate in 2012; now, he presides over our Pre-Owned Motorcycle Sales as Manager. He loves to travel and spend time with his family on his time off. They are big fans of excitement, adventure, and amusement parks, Vegas and Universal Studios being among their favorite travel destinations. Oscoda, Michigan being a home state family tradition. When he’s here, you can find him at the Sales Tower supporting the Sales Staff or in Service Processing our Pre-Owned Inventory with our Service Department.
Dave Nagy
Service Manager
Dave has worked at Wolverine since 2010, starting as a Service Consultant and Warranty Administrator. Since beginning his professional career with Harley-Davidson, he has achieved Master Level Certifications in Service Management, and in 2016 Dave was promoted to Assistant Service Manager. You can find him at the Service Counter if you ever have any questions or want to stop by and say hi! He loves to talk about motorcycles and guns; ask him about his builds. He has some incredible machines. He enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, grandchildren, and dogs in his spare time.
Mark Meyers
Operations Manager
Mark has been with Wolverine for 19 years, where he started as a Service Writer when we opened, September of 2002. Today he acts as our Service Manager overseeing the entirety of the service department from the service desk to the wash bay. In his time here, Mark has earned his Master Certification in Service Operations through Harley-Davidson University and has won a 2014 Road Glide from Harley-Davidson in a competition between Harley Dealer Service Departments. He enjoys riding his 1990 Fat Boy and making his Corvette go fast in his spare time.
Matt Verstrat
Parts Manager
Matt graduated from Motorcycles Mechanics Institute in 2013. After working in Dallas, TX, he came to work at Wolverine in 2014. Before taking over as Parts Manager in January 2022, Matt was a consultant in the Wolverine Service Department. You may have known him behind the Service Desk, but today you can find him in Parts & Accessories. Matt has had a collection of motorcycles and has enjoyed his time on all of them. Starting on a 2010 Sportster Custom, Matt owned a 2006 Road King, 2017 Road King Special, and a 2018 Street Glide Special. His current bike is a 1989 FXRP. When he’s not at the dealership, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
Alyssa Delliss

Alyssa has been at Wolverine Harley-Davidson since February of 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and husband, reading and riding her '05 Roadster. At the dealership, you can find Alyssa in the Motorclothes department pairing up riders with the perfect gear. Her favorite thing to do is help new riders gear up for the best riding experience possible!
Teri D'Angelo
Office/Accounting Manager
Teri has been with Wolverine Harley-Davidson since we opened our doors in 2002. Prior to her start at Wolverine, she was the Office Manager at our sister company for a combined total of 30 years with our organization! You can find her in the Accounting Office, crunching numbers and keeping us all on track. When she’s not at work, Teri loves riding, camping, traveling, and spending time with her family. Jordan Tranchida

Jordan has been with us since the summer of 2019. Prior to working at Wolverine, Jordan was in the United States Army, where he served as an Infantryman. He has a huge soft spot for Veterans and enjoys working with them to obtain the bike of their dreams and sharing with them humor that is specific to their community. A little-known fact is that Jordan enjoys Rodeo and has traveled across the Northern United States, competing in Bull Riding. He also loves hunting, fishing, and welding. Nothing means more to Jordan than his customers. He lives to help new riders get into the sport and offers a level of customer service that is unmatched. Dan "Danimal" Harrell has been with Wolverine Harley-Davidson since 2014, where he's cultivated numerous relationships and technical skills. After many years of being a mechanic, Dan has finally found his true passion in selling motorcycles. Dan's mechanical background has given him the knowledge and education to provide the best customer service possible. He thrives on making new connections and helping people. When he's not at the dealership, he enjoys riding his collection of dirt bikes and boating on Lake St. Clair with friends and family.

Matt came to Wolverine Harley-Davidson as a first-time customer in 2020. After all the craziness that year, he decided life was too short, and he accomplished his lifelong dream of learning to ride! After taking the Riding Course, Matt bought his first bike and never looked back. He was surprised by how friendly and welcoming everyone at Wolverine Harley-Davidson was. So, when an opportunity to join the sales team came around in 2022, he jumped at the chance to provide someone else with the same fantastic service he had!

Alex has been at Wolverine Harley-Davidson since January 2022 - Alex has found his home at Wolverine Harley-Davidson. He loves to go on adventures and try new things. Alex has a knack for working on and riding anything fast and loud, from Harley-Davidsons to demolition derby cars. Alex grew up around motorcycles, and just about everyone in his family rides. Coming from a family of collectors, Alex enjoys all kinds of cool and unique machines, from a ’78 Sportster to a ’43 Flatheads and a few other gems.

Tina has been in the customer service business for 40 years, 16 of them here at Wolverine Harley-Davidson in our Motorclothes Department. She has met some incredible people at the dealership and made lifelong connections with so many of her amazing customers. Customer service has always been Tina's passion, and she pairs well with the high standards that Wolverine holds. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has two kids, a son and daughter, and a handsome little grandson, Carson. And stay tuned cause they're expecting grandbaby number two this April!

Kyleene has been with our company since February 12, 2013, starting as a Sales Associate in Motorclothes. She dedicates her time to making sure she finds the perfect merchandise for our guests based on proper fit, function, and comfort. She loves to go riding with her husband Rob, vacation, do puzzles, and watch Hallmark movies in her free time.

Tom is a new addition to our Wolverine family. He has been married for 22 years to his wife, Jennifer; they have raised a blended family of five daughters and three grandchildren. Number four is on the way! Tom enjoys riding and working on his Harleys, playing with his rescue pit bulls, camping, and playing guitar in his free time. Tom holds a Batchelor's degree in American history and is currently pursuing his Master's in general sarcasm and tomfoolery. Come visit Tom at the parts counter!

Travis has been with Wolverine since the Summer of 2020 but has worked in the realm of Harley-Davidson since 2017. Travis has spent a lot of time in the dealership atmosphere, both as an employee and a guest. Since he was 11, he's been riding, starting on a dirt bike, and owns a 2014 Harley-Davidson Street Bob. Travis knows hard work ethic. Growing up, his parents held jobs in automotive and heavy equipment. Here at Wolverine, you can find him hard at work in the Parts Department as a liaison.

Jesse Stretch

Jesse started his career with Harley-Davidson in 2006 and has a deep understanding of serving as a member of a Harley-Davidson Service Team. He began with Team Wolverine in February of 2015 and is approaching his 7th Anniversary with us! Jesse currently rides a 2017 Charcoal Denim Road King Special. He enjoys taking it all over country roads in Lower and Northern Michigan. Jesse is a dog lover, and he has two Pitbulls at home named Penny and Wheezer. When not at Wolverine, he enjoys being outdoors, especially in the woods. He loves to hike and fish in Michigan's plentiful lakes and rivers. When he is here at the dealership, you can find him perched at the Service Counter, ready to help you with your service needs.

Dan has 26 years under his belt as a technician and has been at Wolverine since we opened our doors. In 2011, Dan became Shop Foreman. Dan is very proud of the Service Department and the people he has grown with over the years. He is especially proud of the overall experience the service team has among them. It is second to none. When he's not working, he loves the outdoors and riding with friends. And, of course, spending time with his beautiful wife and three lovely daughters.
Kris Kleitsch
Master Technician / DYNO Specialist
Kris became a part of the team in 2013. Starting his career in 1995 and earning Master Technician Status in 2003. Kris can be found in the service department tending to motorcycles or tuning them in the Dyno Room using our state-of-the-art Dynojet 250I Dynamometer. When not working on customer motorcycles, he's working on one of his own. He loves his dog and studying music, and enjoys watching his favorite NASCAR driver, Brandon Brown, drive in circles.
Shane Werth
Master Technician
Shane has been part of the Wolverine Team for 10 years and has been in the Dealer Network for close to 27. Shane has been PHD Certified since 1995 and is a Master Level Technician here at Wolverine, but in his spare time, he is a proud grandpa, marksman, hunter, and farmer on his hobby farm in St. Clair County. When at Wolverine, Shane is known as a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to help his fellow techs. He is passionate about the brand and an excellent technician.
Jim Harlan

Jim has been a part of the Wolverine Family since 2015. He is a Master Level Technician and has been PHD Certified since 2005. Outside of work, he is skilled in carpentry, woodworking, and archery. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and backpacking with his daughter. Bet when he's here, you can find him working hard on your bikes in our Service Department's 'Red Row.'

Ryan has been with Wolverine since January 2022. He graduated from MMI-Phoenix in 2011 and has been Master Technician Certified since 2018. When Ryan isn't at work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing bass guitar, and attending concerts. You'll find Ryan in the service department working to keep you on the road!
Bruce Frantz

Bruce started at Wolverine in January of 2003. He is an Expert Level Technician and PHD Certified. In his time here Bruce has seen a lot of changes in the realm of Harley-Davdison; from the introduction of total fuel injection, to the six-speed transmission, to the new Revolution motor, Bruce has been with us through it all. Outside of work, Bruce enjoys boating on the Great Lakes and riding quads Up North. And of course, spending time with this family; his wife of 40 years, two sons, and two grandchildren.

Corey graduated from MMI in August 2018 and joined the Wolverine family on Halloween that same year. In his spare time, Corey enjoys riding his 1995 FXDS-Convertible and practicing stunts. When he's here, you can find him at his lift doing what he loves most, wrenching on Harleys.

When he's at work, you can find him in the Wash Bay, exchanging jokes with the team and working away at making those bikes shine!

Derek has been with Wolverine a short while but has made a huge impact in his time here. Derek is always 75º and sunny with the most positive attitude you will ever see! He puts care and time into every task and is a fantastic addition to our team. He enjoys riding his Harley and working on his trucks in his free time, but when he's here, you can find him in the Wash Bay, where every detail matters.

Paul "The Driver" Wrone has been working with Wolverine Harley-Davidson for 14 years. You won't find him in the office much, but you will find Paul on the road picking up and dropping off motorcycles — his specialty! When he is here, he is a joy to be around and always up for a good conversation. He has plenty of stories of adventures out on the job. When he's not driving, he enjoys a little target practice with both bows and guns, and he will also try to get in a bit of bowling in his free time as well.

After falling in love with accounting at another dealership, Jenni moved to Team Wolverine in 2016. Growing up around motorcycles, she progressed to riding her own the summer she turned 21. Her current ride is a 2018 Street Glide. When not at the dealership, Jenni loves to spend time outside as much as possible with her husband and kids. Family road trips, camping, and exploring are their favorite things to do together.

Tyler started his journey with Wolverine in 2020 as a Range Aid for the Riding Academy and has worked his way up to being a State-Certified coach. He has also joined our Parts Department as a Parts Consultant. Tyler loves to ride his 2012 Street glide and run in his free time to stay in shape. He is constantly learning and glad to share his knowledge along the way, whether it be about learning how to ride or the parts required to make the ride more enjoyable.
Bob Young
*Retired* Assistant Parts Manager
Bob retired on December 31, 2021, after working in the Wolverine Parts Department for 16 years, except for a 6-Month Tour of Duty in Motorcycles Sales. Bob loves a good rally; he's been to Sturgis, Laconia, Daytona, Rolling Thunder, and Milwaukee for the 105th and 110th Year Harley-Davidson Anniversaries. He earned Gold Ratings from HDU for Parts and Accessories, Motorcycle Sales, Motorclothes, and Service Write-Up. He's also received Staff Level Recognition for Service, Sales School, and is a Certified Chrome Consultant. Bob is a big car guy and has worked as a Race Photographer. He's owned several performance cars and driven NASCAR Winston Cup cars, Craftsman Series trucks, and a Competition Viper.

Lowell Jackson
*Retired* Parts Consultant
Lowell worked at Wolverine Harley-Davidson for 16 years. He took excellent care of our Service Window and Shipping and Receiving. His earliest attraction to the brand was back in the '80s when Scott Parker ruled flat Track Racing. At the top of Lowell's bucket list is to one day ride across the USA on his favorite Harley model, the Low Rider. His favorite part of the job is helping out his fellow employees and being surrounded by motorcycles. Lowell is an avid dirt bike rider in his free time and will hop on the trails whenever the opportunity arises. We hope to see him check all of the things off of his bucket list now that he's retired!
