Great place to buy a bike. My salesman was great he spent time with me and showed me what they had. I even met the owner. We just couldn't find what I was looking for, I think next year I'll spend the money on a new bike. The only negative is those mid manager they just want to sell bikes and disrupt the relationship between you and the salesman. I knew I could get a better rate through my credit union, but they alway say, "We have a relationship with your bank and get get you a better deal." When it comes back, they are always higher and will give you an excuse becauseof that. Next time, I'll get an out the door price and call my credit union for a check. They will just have to wait for processing.

I want to also applaud Jon and C.J they were amazing instructors and helped me my first two days. Very thorough and helpful. My final practice and test was done with Tyler and Adam and I could not be more impressed. I myself was a new rider and learned so much in such little time! I recently enrolled myself and my 17-year-old daughter, who had zero experience, in the New Rider Training Program. We were fortunate to have Coach Adam and Coach Tyler as our instructors. They are exceptional trainers, offering clear instructions and practical sessions that are extremely beneficial. Despite having over 10 years of motorcycle experience in India, I learned a great deal from both the coaches and the program. I strongly recommend this program for both experienced and inexperienced motorcycle riders. My daughter also greatly benefited from Coach Adam and Coach Tyler's training, as they were instrumental in removing any anxiety she had about riding a motorcycle. They are passionate about their work and maintain the program's schedule perfectly.

The wife and I decided to go look at the new Street Glide. We had no intentions on making a purchase that day (well she didn't lol). Once we laid eyes on the Street Glide in Whiskey Fire, I knew that was what I wanted, and I think she saw it in my eyes, bonus, she liked it too! I took the riders course last weekend and I had an absolute blast learning from Adam and Mike. They were very kind and knowledgeable. They took safety seriously but still had moments where they could joke around with the class, easing any nerves. Ive never operated a motorcycle before this class and was nervous, but they made sure I left the academy confident in the skills I learned.

After watching first hand how Zach took care of my buddy, Mike with the purchase of his 2024 Street Glide, I knew I would have to come back and see him when the time was right for me to make my purchase. While going back and forth between the purchase of a used '23 Street Glide and a '24 SG, Zach mockingly referred to an earlier conversation we had about how he's a Road Glide guy and would get me into one, I laughed... But then Zach took to heart how I was not quite comfortable with how I was sitting on the Street Glide, and when I mentioned that the handle bars were too far forward for my liking, Zach took the opportunity to have me sit on a Road Glide to just test the difference. Now, I wasn't born yesterday but I jokingly said sure, why not. I sat on the bike stubbornly thinking that it wasn't gonna work out. To my surprise, the Road Glide fit me like a glove and I fell in love with the handle bars, the much lesser amount of weight of the faring not being fixed to the bars, and the overall comfortability of the bike. Zach was smiling ear-to-ear as I used a few choice words with my opinion of his slight of hand. OH, and did I mention? he says. I can get you a way better deal on the Road Glide since they're priced to move. Needless to say I couldn't stop smiling at finding the bike of my dreams. I told Zach to start the process and let's see where we could find an agreement on pricing. Between the efforts of Zach and his counter part, Justin (because the guy is a wizzard), they asked where would be a price they could get me to that I would be comfortable with, and when they heard it, they got to work. An hour later I was signing the paperwork, and sitting in the finance department with Mario completing the purchase to get my new baby home. After falling in love with my buddies new 2024 Road Glide, he told me to go see Zach at Wolverine. Brand new was a little more than I could afford right now but Zach and his team worked with me and got me into an immaculate condition 2012 FLHX Street Glide. Being my first HD I couldnt be happier coming from a street bike! Everything was 5 star treatment, from walking into the door to leaving with my new bike (and a new HD hat and helmet of course!).

I had one very minor issue with it when I got it home, Wolverine sent a technician to my house and fixed it right away being they knew I was moving to Florida the next day and had to load the bike in the trailer. Even though I live in Florida now, Ill recommend Wolverine HD to anyone thats in the market for a new bike! I was a nervous wreck with it in the trailer but it made it safe and sound down to Florida!

He made everything, that he was allowed to, to be interactive and exciting. Even the dry portions about Michigan laws. He ensured everyone understood a concept or technique before moving on. Im a 73yr old veteran with an amputated left arm above the elbow. Throughout my adult life Ive always wanted a Harley Davidson motorcycle. Recently, I bought a Harley Sportster 3-wheeler. The challenge for me was to find an organization willing to train me on the basics towards my cycle endorsement. Not many people are willing to take a chance on disabled students. Cheri and Mike were both willing to take me on as a student. The training was rough on a 73 yr old guy, no special treatment was given to accommodate my disability. Through Mikes guidance and training, I now have my cycle endorsement and am hitting the road towards fulfilling my life long dream of riding a Harley! Words fail in describing how thankful I am for these two blessed people, Cheri and Mike and for their willingness in taking me on as a student.

Wolverine Harley-Davidson has the absolute best staff. Between Matt, Jordan, and Mario I was amazed by their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help me. These guys are not your average salesman looking to make a quick dollar. Matt did not let me move forward in the process of purchasing my motorcycle until I took it for a test ride, assessed the controls, and took a few days to decide what I truly wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase Harley-Davidson products.

Highly recommend this dealership, especially if you want to take the rider academy course as a new rider. Coach Dan and Tyler are more than superb and efficient at their jobs. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable on your bike and teach you real life scenarios that prepare you for the road.Their coaching is completely comprehensive and make it fun for individuals to learn. We also got a tour of the dealership where we met all the Harley Professionals.These coaches are a quintessential duo that most trainers across the board should take notes from. Looking forward to shopping here for my bike.

The staff from owner down to the newest person care about the motorcycle community, the new rider and the brand. The owner and staff take great care of a nice building and it is in immaculate shape. Clean as a whistle and an exceptional place to see and make your first purchase. I spoke with Doc through text as well as by phone for about 2 weeks before pulling the trigger. After watching first hand how Zach took care of my buddy, Mike with the purchase of his 2024 Street Glide, I knew I would have to come back and see him when the time was right for me to make my purchase. While going back and forth between the purchase of a used '23 Street Glide and a '24 SG, Zach mockingly referred to an earlier conversation we had about how he's a Road Glide guy and would get me into one, I laughed... But then Zach took to heart how I was not quite comfortable with how I was sitting on the Street Glide, and when I mentioned that the handle bars were too far forward for my liking, Zach took the opportunity to have me sit on a Road Glide to just test the difference. Now, I wasn't born yesterday but I jokingly said sure, why not. I sat on the bike stubbornly thinking that it wasn't gonna work out. To my surprise, the Road Glide fit me like a glove and I fell in love with the handle bars, the much lesser amount of weight of the faring not being fixed to the bars, and the overall comfortability of the bike. Zach was smiling ear-to-ear as I used a few choice words with my opinion of his slight of hand. OH, and did I mention? he says. I can get you a way better deal on the Road Glide since they're priced to move. Needless to say I couldn't stop smiling at finding the bike of my dreams. I told Zach to start the process and let's see where we could find an agreement on pricing. Between the efforts of Zach and his counter part, Justin (because the guy is a wizzard), they asked where would be a price they could get me to that I would be comfortable with, and when they heard it, they got to work. An hour later I was signing the paperwork, and sitting in the finance department with Mario completing the purchase to get my new baby home. I cannot express enough the overwhelming joy I felt with how I was treated like a family member while dealing with the team at Wolverine Harley. Ringing that bell was a milestone in my life (IYKYK). Instead of a business interaction, you all made it an experience that I will not soon forget!
